Introduction
Welcome to VoraciousReadersOnly.com ("VRO," "Voracious Readers Only," "we," "us," or "our"). Voracious Readers Only is operated by Turn Page One.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoraciousReadersOnly.com and the information, resources, services, products, tools, reader programs, author programs, book giveaways, subscriptions, and other features we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, submitting a book, requesting or receiving a book, purchasing a giveaway or subscription, or otherwise participating in Voracious Readers Only, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Accounts and Responsible Use
Certain Services require you to create an account or provide information about yourself.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not:
- Access or attempt to access the Services through unauthorized, automated, deceptive, or unlawful means.
- Interfere with the operation, security, servers, or networks of the Services.
- Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, manipulative, or unlawful purposes.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to manipulate reader requests, reviews, ratings, giveaway results, eligibility rules, or other activity on the Services.
- Upload or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another person or entity.
- Scrape, harvest, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit VRO data or resources except as expressly authorized by us.
- Attempt to circumvent a suspension, restriction, ban, eligibility limitation, or other action imposed by VRO.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
2. VRO Author Services
VRO provides services designed to help authors introduce books to readers, distribute promotional or giveaway copies, receive reader interest and feedback, and promote books and authors.
Author Services may include, among other things:
- Free book giveaways, which may provide an author with the opportunity to make a book available to up to 20 participating readers.
- Paid book giveaways, which may provide an author with the opportunity to make a book available to up to 100 participating readers.
- Evergreen and Evergreen Platinum programs, which are ongoing or recurring promotional Services designed to continue introducing eligible books to readers over time.
- Trial periods, promotional offers, subscriptions, upgrades, and other author Services made available by VRO from time to time.
The exact number of readers, duration, price, features, fulfillment method, trial period, and other conditions applicable to a particular Service will be disclosed on the applicable offer, checkout page, account page, or other materials associated with that Service.
References to a particular number of books or readers describe the structure or limit of the applicable program and do not guarantee that every available copy will be requested, redeemed, downloaded, read, completed, or reviewed.
The availability, structure, features, limits, prices, and operation of VRO Services may change over time.
VRO does not guarantee any particular level of participation, exposure, readership, engagement, reviews, ratings, sales, rankings, revenue, or other results from using the Services.
Participation in VRO should not be interpreted as a guarantee of commercial success or marketing performance.
3. Book Giveaways and Reader Participation
Authors may make books available to readers through VRO.
Readers should request books in good faith. By requesting a book, a reader represents that the request reflects a genuine interest in considering or reading the book and is not being made merely to collect free books, obtain files for another person, manipulate the Services, or for another abusive or improper purpose.
Requesting a book does not create an obligation to provide a positive review or any particular rating.
VRO also recognizes that readers will sometimes determine after beginning a book that it is not a good fit. A reader may therefore mark a book as "Did Not Finish" ("DNF") when appropriate.
However, repeated DNF activity may indicate that a reader is requesting books without sufficient consideration of whether the books are appropriate for that reader. To protect authors and the integrity of the reader program, a reader who records 10 or more Did Not Finish results during a rolling 90-day period may automatically become ineligible to request new book offers.
VRO may use automated systems to apply this restriction based on reader activity recorded through the Services. The restriction may remain in place according to the eligibility rules then applicable to the reader program. VRO may also review, modify, remove, or impose reader restrictions when reasonably necessary to address abuse, mistakes, unusual circumstances, or system integrity.
Except for compliance with VRO participation and eligibility rules, reader participation remains voluntary. A reader who requests or receives a book is not guaranteed to:
- Download or redeem the book.
- Begin reading the book.
- Finish reading the book.
- Provide feedback.
- Write or publish a review.
- Provide a favorable review.
- Purchase additional books.
- Take any other action beneficial to the author.
Authors acknowledge that VRO cannot control individual reader behavior.
The number of requests or readers associated with a giveaway does not represent a guarantee regarding the number of completed reads, reviews, ratings, sales, or other results.
4. Reader Copies and Unauthorized Distribution
Books and other copyrighted materials made available to readers through VRO are provided solely for the personal use of the individual reader who requested or received them.
Unless expressly authorized by the applicable copyright owner, readers may not copy, reproduce, upload, publish, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, transfer, make publicly available, or otherwise provide any book or book file received through VRO to another person, website, file-sharing service, peer-to-peer network, online repository, artificial intelligence training dataset, or other platform or service.
Readers acknowledge that books distributed through VRO remain protected by copyright and that receiving a complimentary, promotional, advance, or review copy does not transfer ownership of the copyright or grant any right to redistribute the work.
Readers may not remove, alter, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any copyright notice, watermark, access restriction, digital-rights-management mechanism, or other protection associated with a book or book file.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, or distribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of the reader's VRO account and may constitute copyright infringement.
5. Unauthorized Distribution by Readers and Other Third Parties
Authors acknowledge that providing digital or other copies of books to readers inherently involves a risk that a recipient may copy, share, reproduce, upload, distribute, or otherwise misuse the book without authorization.
VRO requires readers to use books received through the Services solely for their personal use and prohibits readers from unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, publication, or uploading of those books.
However, VRO cannot control or guarantee the conduct of individual readers after a book has been delivered to them and cannot guarantee that a reader will comply with these Terms or applicable copyright law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRO and Turn Page One will not be responsible or liable for unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, publication, uploading, piracy, infringement, or other misuse of a book or book file by a reader or other third party after the book has been distributed through the Services.
Authors understand and voluntarily accept this risk when authorizing VRO to distribute copies of their books to readers.
VRO does not acquire ownership of an author's copyright by distributing a book through the Services. Responsibility for pursuing copyright infringement claims, takedown requests, or other remedies against a reader, piracy website, file-sharing service, or other third party remains with the applicable copyright owner.
VRO may, in its discretion, suspend or terminate the account of a reader reasonably believed to have engaged in unauthorized distribution or other infringement.
VRO may also reasonably cooperate with an author investigating suspected unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law, the VRO Privacy Policy, technical availability of relevant information, and other legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms obligates VRO to investigate infringement, identify an alleged infringer, monitor third-party websites, issue copyright notices, pursue legal action, or successfully obtain removal of unauthorized copies from third-party services.
6. Reviews and Reader Opinions
VRO does not guarantee reviews in exchange for books and does not require readers to provide positive reviews.
Readers are expected to express their own genuine opinions.
Authors may not pressure, threaten, compensate, or improperly incentivize readers to provide positive reviews or particular ratings.
VRO does not control the content of reviews submitted to third-party websites or services and does not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, publish, display, or continue displaying a review.
Third-party platforms, including Amazon, Goodreads, other retailers, social networks, book-review websites, and other services, maintain their own rules and policies. Authors and readers are responsible for complying with the applicable policies of any third-party platform they use.
VRO is not responsible for the removal, rejection, suppression, modification, ranking, visibility, or treatment of a review by a third-party platform.
7. Permission to Use Reader Reviews and Feedback
When a reader provides a review, testimonial, comment, recommendation, or other feedback concerning a book obtained, discovered, requested, or received through VRO, the reader grants VRO and Turn Page One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, excerpt, format, and use that review or feedback for VRO-related promotional, marketing, editorial, and social-media purposes.
This permission applies when the review or feedback is:
- Submitted directly to VRO.
- Posted by the reader on a retailer, book-review website, or other public platform.
- Posted publicly on the reader's social-media account.
- Otherwise voluntarily provided to VRO.
VRO may use reasonable excerpts from such reviews and may make formatting, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, or length adjustments that do not materially change the meaning or sentiment expressed by the reviewer.
Where appropriate, VRO may identify the reviewer using information associated with the review, such as the reviewer's first name, public display name, social-media handle, or platform on which the review appeared.
VRO will not knowingly alter a review in a manner that materially misrepresents the reviewer's opinion.
Nothing in these Terms requires VRO to use or publish a review or other feedback.
8. Author Content and Book Materials
Authors retain ownership of their books and other materials they submit to VRO.
By submitting or making a book available through VRO, the author represents and warrants that the author owns or otherwise has sufficient rights and permissions to provide, distribute, and promote the book and all associated materials through the Services.
This includes, as applicable:
- Book files and manuscripts.
- Book cover images.
- Book titles.
- Author names and pen names.
- Book descriptions and promotional copy.
- Excerpts.
- Author photographs supplied to VRO.
- Promotional graphics.
- Download links and redemption codes.
- Other materials submitted by the author.
The author represents that VRO's permitted use and distribution of these materials will not knowingly infringe another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other proprietary rights.
9. Authorization to Distribute Books
By submitting a book for distribution, giveaway, review, or other reader program through VRO, the author expressly authorizes VRO to make copies of or distribute the submitted book or provide access to the submitted book to readers participating in the applicable VRO program.
This authorization includes the technical activities reasonably necessary to provide the book to participating readers, including hosting, storing, transmitting, emailing, generating or providing download access, and delivering files or redemption information.
The author represents and warrants that the author possesses all rights and permissions necessary to authorize this distribution.
This authorization is limited to operating the applicable VRO Services and does not transfer ownership of the author's copyright to VRO.
10. License to Use Book Covers and Promotional Materials
By submitting a book or participating in an author program, giveaway, promotion, or other VRO Service, the author grants VRO and Turn Page One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, resize, crop, format, display, publish, and distribute the book's cover image and other promotional materials supplied by the author for purposes reasonably related to operating and promoting VRO and the author's participation in VRO.
This includes use:
- On VoraciousReadersOnly.com.
- In VRO emails and newsletters.
- On VRO social-media accounts.
- In advertisements for VRO or VRO book promotions.
- In graphics and other promotional materials.
- In examples of books available or previously made available through VRO.
- In communications with prospective and participating readers.
- In communications promoting VRO to authors and other potential users.
- In connection with the applicable book, author, giveaway, reader program, or VRO Services generally.
VRO may resize, crop, or reformat book-cover images and promotional materials as reasonably necessary for different media and layouts but will not intentionally modify them in a manner that materially misrepresents the book or author.
This license does not transfer ownership of the book, cover artwork, or other author materials to VRO.
11. Author Responsibility for Books and Fulfillment
Authors are responsible for fulfilling books offered through VRO in accordance with the fulfillment method selected or represented for the applicable giveaway, promotion, or other Service.
Depending on the Service, fulfillment may occur through author-direct delivery, VRO or platform-assisted delivery, a download or redemption link, an author-controlled landing page, or another supported fulfillment method.
When fulfillment depends on an action by the author, the author is responsible for providing participating readers with the promised book or access to the book in a reasonably timely manner.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that books, files, download links, redemption codes, landing pages, email addresses, or other materials or fulfillment mechanisms they provide function as represented.
Authors are responsible for maintaining any necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and distribution authority associated with books offered through VRO.
Repeated or material failure to fulfill books promised through VRO may result in rejection or removal of a promotion, restriction of author Services, suspension, or termination.
12. Submission Review and Content Standards
Submission of a book, promotion, or other content to VRO does not guarantee acceptance.
VRO may review author submissions before or after publication or launch and may reject, remove, suspend, discontinue, or require modification of a book, author submission, giveaway, promotion, or other content when we reasonably determine that the action is appropriate for the operation, quality, safety, integrity, or legal compliance of the Services.
Reasons may include, without limitation:
- The content violates applicable law.
- The author lacks necessary rights.
- The content or promotion violates these Terms.
- The book or promotional material contains materially misleading information.
- The book does not satisfy eligibility or content requirements applicable to the program.
- Continued participation could reasonably harm readers, VRO, or third parties.
- The author is attempting to manipulate or abuse the VRO system.
- Fulfillment information is inaccurate, incomplete, nonfunctional, or unreliable.
- The submission is otherwise unsuitable for the particular VRO program.
VRO may communicate a reason or general reason category for a rejection, removal, or other moderation decision but is not required to disclose internal review methods, fraud-prevention systems, security procedures, or other confidential operational information.
Authors and readers may not use VRO to distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or infringing.
VRO may establish additional eligibility requirements or content guidelines for books offered through particular programs.
Acceptance of a book into VRO at one time does not guarantee continued eligibility or acceptance into future programs.
13. Author Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Certain author Services require a paid subscription, one-time payment, or other fee.
The price, billing frequency, trial period, renewal terms, and features associated with a paid Service will be disclosed at or before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring rate until canceled.
Authors authorize VRO and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for applicable recurring subscription fees and other authorized purchases.
If a paid Service includes a free or discounted trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription, the offer will disclose the duration of the trial and the recurring price that will apply after the trial. Unless otherwise stated with the offer, the applicable payment method may be charged when the trial expires unless the subscription is canceled before the end of the trial.
Authors may cancel recurring subscriptions through the cancellation method provided by VRO. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.
Cancellation or expiration of an author subscription may result in the loss of access to some author features or Services.
VRO may change subscription prices or features. When required, we will provide notice before a new recurring price applies.
VRO may suspend paid Services when payment fails or remains past due.
14. Refunds and Early Termination of Paid Giveaways
Except as expressly provided with a particular Service, promotion, or offer, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Certain paid giveaway Services may provide a mechanism allowing an author to stop a giveaway before it has been completed. When an applicable VRO Service provides an early-termination refund, the availability and amount of the refund will be determined according to the refund terms presented for that Service and the portion of the Service already provided or used.
Any refund amount displayed or confirmed through the applicable VRO cancellation or early-termination process will govern that cancellation, subject to correction of obvious errors, fraud, chargebacks, or other circumstances permitted by law.
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method or payment processor and may require additional processing time after VRO initiates them.
Stopping a giveaway does not entitle an author to a refund unless the applicable Service or cancellation process expressly provides one.
15. Promotions, Trials, and Special Offers
From time to time, VRO may provide trials, discounts, bonuses, promotional pricing, or other special offers.
Additional terms presented with a particular promotion become part of these Terms for participants in that promotion.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional offers do not create an entitlement to future promotions, discounts, pricing, features, or benefits.
VRO may discontinue or modify promotional offers subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly made to existing participants.
16. Service Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Services.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
- Every feature will remain available indefinitely.
- Any particular number of readers will be available.
- Every giveaway will receive requests.
- Every requested book will be downloaded.
- Every requested book will be read.
- Every reader will provide feedback.
- Any particular number of reviews will result.
- Emails will always be delivered or opened.
- Third-party integrations or services will remain available.
- The Services will produce a particular business, marketing, financial, or publishing result.
Scheduled maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, email filtering, platform-policy changes, and other circumstances may affect the Services.
17. Communications
By creating an account or participating in the Services, you understand that VRO may send transactional, administrative, and service-related communications necessary or reasonably related to your account and participation.
These may include account notices, giveaway activity, reader requests, fulfillment notices, resends, review notifications, completion notices, billing notices, security messages, eligibility or account-status notices, and important changes affecting the Services.
Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will be handled separately and will include applicable identification and opt-out information.
Commercial email sent by VRO will include the physical postal address required by applicable law and an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where required.
Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not necessarily prevent VRO from sending transactional, administrative, security, fulfillment, or other non-promotional communications necessary to operate your account or Services.
18. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with or link to third-party websites, payment processors, email providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, retailers, review platforms, and other services.
VRO does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, decisions, content, security, or operation.
Third-party services may change their policies at any time. Such changes may affect how authors or readers can use those services in connection with VRO.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.
19. Intellectual Property
Except for content owned by authors, readers, or other third parties, the VRO website, software, databases, graphics, branding, logos, designs, text, systems, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to VRO or Turn Page One and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of VRO intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from VRO proprietary materials except with our written authorization or as permitted by applicable law.
20. User-Submitted Content
Except for the specific licenses granted in these Terms, users retain ownership of content they own and submit to VRO.
When you submit content for display, distribution, promotion, communication, or operation of the Services, you grant VRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve, and promote the Services.
This license does not give VRO ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
21. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, secure, retain, and share personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Privacy Policy also describes certain automated processes used in connection with eligibility, account administration, email delivery, and other operation of the Services.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
VRO AND TURN PAGE ONE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
- DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED.
- PARTICIPATION WILL RESULT IN REVIEWS, SALES, RATINGS, RANKINGS, READER ENGAGEMENT, PUBLICITY, OR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR RESULT.
- A BOOK DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL NOT BE COPIED, SHARED, UPLOADED, PIRATED, OR OTHERWISE MISUSED BY A READER OR THIRD PARTY.
No information or advice provided by VRO creates a warranty or guarantee unless expressly stated in writing as part of a specific offer.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VRO, TURN PAGE ONE, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ACTIONS, FAILURE TO OBTAIN REVIEWS OR OTHER EXPECTED RESULTS, OR UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, SHARING, UPLOADING, DISTRIBUTION, OR PIRACY OF BOOKS BY READERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VRO AND TURN PAGE ONE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VRO FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VRO, Turn Page One, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your unlawful or improper use of the Services.
- Content or materials you provide.
- Your infringement or alleged infringement of another party's intellectual-property or other rights.
- Your failure to obtain necessary rights or permissions for books or promotional materials you provide.
- Your failure to fulfill books or other benefits you represented would be provided through the Services.
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of a matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary to protect VRO, its readers, authors, other users, or third parties, or when we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been violated.
- Fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, deceptive, or unlawful activity has occurred.
- A reader has engaged in or facilitated unauthorized distribution of a book.
- A reader has become ineligible for new offers under applicable reader participation rules, including automated DNF eligibility rules.
- An author has repeatedly or materially failed to fulfill books or promotions as represented.
- An author submission or account creates material content, fulfillment, rights, or compliance concerns.
- Payment obligations have not been satisfied.
- Continued access creates a security, legal, operational, reputational, or system-integrity risk.
Certain restrictions may be imposed automatically based on activity recorded by VRO systems, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services will cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property licenses already granted for authorized uses, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute provisions—will survive to the extent applicable.
26. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership
Participation in VRO does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between VRO and an author or reader.
Authors and readers participate independently.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any action to enforce these Terms, or arising from or relating to the Services, shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or to such courts on the basis of an inconvenient forum.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Service, purchase, trial, subscription, or promotion, constitute the agreement between you and VRO regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior terms concerning the same subject matter.
